- Canvassing and Managing B2B Horeca Customer, small GT and Modern Trade.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to the last mile until payment.
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Achieving monthly sales KPIs by identifying and developing new and existing customers by up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales effectiveness.
- Have 1-2 years experience in Retail Business (Supermarket/Fabric/Chain/Big Restaurant/similar business).
- Have own transport to visit retail stores.
- Having good communications skills and good looking is a must.
- Having leadership experience and good in project management.
- Having Horeca/MT leads is a plus.
- Data Driven and having good knowledge in excel.
